General Terms and Conditions Agreement

The aforementioned general terms and conditions along with any document specifically mentioned in them consist of the complete Agreement between user and Roarzap. It does not encompass any agreements, undertakings, proposals and arrangements done verbally or in written format between user and Roarzap in respect to the matters mentioned in the Agreement. No information and explanation given verbally by any group or individual shall change and/or modify the terms and conditions.

Your total agreement to the terms and conditions signify that you have not agreed to any representation except those exclusively mentioned in the Agreement.

You shall not contest or sort out any misrepresentation that has not been explicitly mentioned in the Agreement.

Assumption of Risk & Liability:
By entering the park, guests assume all inherent risks associated with water park activities.
Roarzap shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
